Good morning everyone

Thanks everyone, I managed to leave the client and get home before the weather got worse. I think my client had been storing up questions to ask me, most of which were irrelevant to her. Would she be able to claim part of the cost of improvements to her house - irrelevant as her work could only be at the place she works which would never be at home (outside being in a small rural community).

Today's weather is better than yesterday or the weekend though may be quite windy at times.

I hope everyone has a good day

Good morning all

Sky is dark and grey, with breeze and heavy showers.

El, I’m glad you got home before the weather got worse

I don’t fancy living in a city under the sea - I’d be too worried about leaks.

Off to visit my parents and get my hair cut this afternoon. Dad is driving again now so I don’t need to wait to take the hairdresser home afterwards.

Have a good day, everyone.

Thanks Yogi, I hope you don't get rained on after you've been to the hairdriesser if there's a shower and I'm glad you dad is now able to drive again

Thanks El  - and I was lucky to get into the car without getting wet

Good

oh, and a nice twirl

 Thanks El

I have missed a twirl?

Moonie

Squiggle and Moonie, surprise, surprise, it's raining here and set to last until the evening, then another lot tomorrow morning

I have a confession to make - a few minutes ago I told a lie. "Jack" with an accent from Asia rang me to ask questions about lifestyle - you know the type I mean. So I told him that he was lying as his real name wasn't "Jack" and the phone number of my caller display wasn't their real phone number. I then told him that I was registered with TPS and that therefore he was committing a criminal offence in breach of the Government Data Protection Regulations.  He was taken aback and started saying "I'm sorry" over and over again as he hadn't realised it was a private number.

Of course it's General, not Government, but that's quite effective

Some days ago I mentioned that the Church Commssioners were considering whether ot not to get involved with Wonga due to Frank Field writing to them. I was a bit surprised. After considering this they've decided not to. Officially "they are not as well placed as others to take this forward."

Someone might have pointed out what the King James version of Matthew 6 v 9 to 13 says (which is the Lord's Prayer).
