I've got to go and make a nice curry for tonight.
I've got some stewing steak, so i'll go put that on.
Just love these Curry Pastes they make, so good, beats the sauces anyday.
Have got some large Onions, plenty of Mushrooms, have got red, green, orange and yellow peppers to add some colour.
I've got Madras & Vindaloo paste, i'm only cooking for 2 but if there's any over my Lad can take it home with him.
Anyway, must get on, got to go to B&Q for some gardening stuff as well, setting myself a veg patch out, fancy a bit of fresh veg later on in the year.
Mind you i've got to buy the plants yet.Big Grin

Hicky....
sounds like your "day off" is going to be as busy as ever. Big Grin

I just remembered I have a chicken korma curry paste in the cupboard that I had forgotten about, will have to try and give it a go, if you reckon they are good.

I see you have busy with the edit of your pics. Seems we can do a lot of exciting stuff here, I reckon it will take me years to learn it all. Remember how long it took for you to teach me the "quote" alone ?

Have a good day. Catch you later.

Hi Mollie.Smiler

Well, my Curry is made ready, it should be lovely, Korma is too mild for us, but one of my Lads liked it.
I have made half Madras & the other half Vindaloo which is pretty Hot.Big Grin
Just put the other half of the peppers/mushrooms & onion in, it's just on a low heat.

Depending on how much curry you are making will determine the amount of Korma paste to use, you'll need at least 1 tablespoon per person because you want a rich sauce, keep the amount of water to a minimum, just enough to cook the food.

I bought the 450mm square flags from B&Q, have laid out my veg plot now, but forgot to by a garden fork, might have to go back again.
I don't get my 10% off tomorrow.

And a big thank you from us for sorting out this nice new place for us to come too.
I have happily been posting with some of these people for years, and was so upset to think it was coming to an end.

But thanks to all your hard work, we are to be able to stay posting together.

Thank you so much Rosemary.

Glad to hear your daughter was so happy with her cake.

Do you watch The Apprentice ? I do. I love it. Smiler

Mollie

I was pleased as well Big Grin I wasn't sure if she would like it or not (I'm a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to things like that) but judging from the squeals of delight she loves it.
I used to watch it but OH doesn't like it so not had the opportunity this year to watch any of it. I heard it has been really good this year as well Frowner
