By cutting tapered strips of junk mail leaflets, wrapping them around a cocktail stick, glazing with a clear glue, once dry slide off the stick and thread a thin elastic through the hole, adding beads or other decorative detail, salvaged from broken pieces of jewellery acquired ....Real easy to do... thumb
I used to make them, then sell them for £2.00 in the pop up charity shop.......all proceeds from the shop went towards giving the local dementia group days out & to the foodbank next door to where we were.
