I'm currently watching a new series All You Can Eat: Secrets of the World's Mega Buffet. On Channel 5.
It's focusing on the business and how it runs as opposed the the eating habits of their customers. It really is quite fascinating and staggering in equal measure how much it is like a military operation. The fact that they have decent chef's and the sheer quantity of food and drink they go through in a week.

It gave the impression that the people cooking were chefs and they were cooking from fresh ingredients. Using seasonal when they can. The amount of money the business takes each day is mind blowing though.!! 
Approximately £20 per head. Serving around 2000-2500 people per day. With a max stay of 1h 45m. They were queuing out the door.
