They were a nightmare for me last year. I spent the best part of a month chasing them up. They kept saying they'd tried to deliver when they'd done nothing of the sort, the website stated the package was out on delivery when it wasn't. Left delivery cards, when they didn't. So know that one only too well!

Had all of that myself. When I see my parcel is being delivered by Hermes, my heart sinks. I'm OK with paying postage, but I want to have an option to omit Hermes from the list of delivery companies.
