We need to know who has issued it to your daughter, the company will be on it some where.

The company was on the notice and my daughter  responded by email, the notice did say it would be reduced from £80 to £50 if paid within one week. It  is now just a waiting game, but if the appeal is rejected we will go with that ^^^^^

 

It costs them money if an appeal is made, they usually just give up at that point.
