If you want to underline text, use Formats - Inline - Underline

Similarly with strikethrough text - Formats - Inline - Strikethrough

To insert an image either drag a picture from the site where the picture is and drop it in the Add Reply box, or copy and paste it, or use the Insert/Edit Image icon and paste the link to the picture.
