Sky's new Broadband offering.
They say that they will guarantee the speed for 30 days. !!! 30 days, what's going to happen after 30 days? and why only 30 days? I smell something fishy here.
SO. I looked at the T&C's. That speed they offer is only up to the router (not the device, for example your computer). NOW, tell me, how many of you reading this can test the speed going into router, or can test the speed at the router, because that is where I expect their readings will be taken as noted in the small print. If, as I suspect, you complain about speed.
Small print, should be large print and made explicit to the customer.
