A seller on Gumtree claims Yodel tried to deliver to my house 3 times BUT they haven't left any proof and i'm starting to doubt delivery attempts occurred.

They are an appalling company Saint. I was waiting for a delivery and they said they attempted numerous times, the problem is I was on holiday and at home and they never called. I have heard some scare stories of how they treat parcels and where they leave them. If I order from on-line retailers I try to find out who the courier company is and if it's Yodel I try to get them to use another company, even if it costs me. They don't always oblige I have to say.

Do they leave a card saying they called?
