If the administrators here that this is a good idea, people would need to have some idea as to height and width limits as some graemlins/gremlins/smileys/emoticons are rather large.
Also there is a potential copyright issue on some of these - we mustn't build into the available pool of graemlins here any which are copyrighted to another website or owner.
