it can be relaxing but I find walking works -try to do at least 30 mins a day if I can
Nowhere to really walk around here , sadly
I feel a bit self conscious walking on my own. I much prefer walking a dog or pushing a pram.
sometimes go with OH but loads do it around here or run - so got used to it - doesn't bother me now
