Yes it is....I can dance on ice and go forward, but backwards and stopping is a no no😂
I used to be quite good ....until I got run over and ended up with pins and a plate in my leg .....and no strength left in my ankle

Eldest DiL used to be good but she has broken the same ankle twice (not skating) and it has left a weakness.
It’s the ankle that does it
