Well Corrie fans , what do you think of Andrew Sachs so far ? I think the part could prove to be interesting.

I saw him on "This Morning" saying he is a long time fan of Corrie, and asked for a part years ago, and the part they offered him, he said he didnt think would be an interesting character, so turned it down.

He said him and his wife thought up this character, liked it, and asked programme makers if he could play it. He said he is happy that they agreed to do so,

I enjoyed seeing Deirde annoying Ken last night, singing and dancing around to the radio.

Scott Mills played part of it on his show this morning on Radio 1.
