You never really know what is happening to some people, I was at a party nye, a young lad was laughing, joking and dancing, the next day he committed suicide, everyone was devastated, I received counselling after ptsd and the only thing that kept me going was the thought of my family finding me afterwards and the distress it would cause

hug hug I know someone who did the same Machel.....no warning ...no note ....and still no idea why he did it
