Definitely follow the good advice above. I have had breast cancer and the first symptom with me was pain, so there are no rules to follow. I couldn't get up the docs the next morning fast enough, and it was caught in time. This will probably turn out to be nothing at all but insist on a needle biopsy at least and don't be fobbed off.
