Cooked many Yogi, (expertly I might add ) but as for growing them from scratch, I leave that to the experts, as I do my Pasta...
My eldest son grows (delicious) potatoes and gives me some.

lovely hug - we grow potatoes either really successful or poor - our Christmas potatoes were a disaster this year
