I'm recording a 1953 film called "The Man Between" today. It's not "Odd Man Out" (though both have James Mason in) and it's not "The Third Man" although both are set in post-war Europe and concern shady characters. All three films were directed by Carol Reed and have similarities so a sort of trilogy. "The Man Between" doesn't have the classic status of the other two but I'm watching it to tick off my list of Carol Reed "Man" films. The other "Man" films by him are "Our Man in Havana" and "The Running Man" which I've also seen so it completes the set
