You might be thinking of a sachertorte - that is chocolate. Apricot jam is the traditional jam for that though raspberry jam is an alternative.

I've mixed them up El Loro...I imagined Sachertorte with raspberry jam on top....Linzer torte has raspberry on top with a lattice I think..yes you are right, the base is nutty thumb
