Apparent change to format of SCD final

I was reading on DS that they are apparently changing the format of the final. Instead of losing them one by one all contestants will do three dances then they will simply announce the winner . Call my cynical ....and I’m sure the schedules are probably set months in advance .....but it means that the obvious favourites (the judges favourites that is ) will not have to face the possibility of being voted off by the gbp ....and more importantly we won’t have the satisfaction of seeing them go mad laugh
