That's the thing....the daffs are supposed to be round the base of those shrubs - have been every year since we moved in (1993)......except this year!

You've killed them!!!  

 

Did you cut them down too early last year, Fluffs?  They need all the 'goodness' to die back into the bulb before you tidy them up.  I had the same disappearing act with my bluebells one year...but they've come back again since.

 

My lupins are starting to bloom and I'm just waiting to take a snap of my peonies which are due to flower any time now.......
