TY El Loro, you're always very helpful and take time to explain,

gotta love this place.

in all fairness Jackson the contributors started the row not the OP.. .and at least her feelings about how the forum was going were brought out in the open rather than whispered about in dark corners elsewhere. . and if the forum is being handed over to us then surely all members are allowed to comment on how things are going... No?

Sorry am not doing a jumping in to defend Jen thing here I just felt that it was a tad unfair thing to say is all

I did too .

We are all human - is there anyone on here who has not once wished they hadn't posted something.

Yes, I believe I managed to start that particular one!

You'll all be delighted to know that I won't be applying for modship.

I can put my hand on my heart and say honestly that no, I have never regretted anything I have posted on here...  I have deleted many a posting box before hitting the submit button tho

I think that's what just happened Olly.    and tbf  the OPs started the thread because she felt there were 'covens whispering' and 'she'd had ims to agree' so no, feelings weren't brought out into the open at all.  It was all hints and innuendo and no names named and a lot of people were left feeling very paranoid.    That's the sort of reason I worry about impartiality.   That said, I normally get on fine with Jen and she was pissed.. maybe we just need a 'no drunk modding' rule

If you both mean the "I'm bored...say what you want" thread I think if you read back it was indeed the OP who started the row

Cagney

Ok, lets get off on the right foot here guys

This isn't going to work if all hell breaks lose as soon as one mod has been introduced

I'm currently awaiting more information on my exact duties from Ted but seeing as there's a few asking for more details.

My new forum abilities allow me to delete posts, i don't think i can ban anyone but there is another option of 'Send to moderation queue' I'm assuming that's for higher intervention. I am guessing here though peeps so don't take that as set in stone.

As for using these abilities... My aim is to use them as little as possible.

Will post any more info on this as i get it.

gawd I can't recall it now, never mind remember what the thread was called I think the point I was trying to make was it takes 2 or more to argue so it wasn't all Jen.....  if that makes sense

Cupcake has deregged as well, she was in my trivial thread but is now listed as a guest
