why on earth would they let him out?!

mind you they give crap sentences to evil people who've commited really evil crimes who get out with a new identity, house,job etc...

i cant even pretend to understand the law in this country

He hasn't been released, he was just at hospital to see an eye specialist.

I am surprised they took the cuffs off.

It's disgusting, a multiple serial killer gets to walk free in the sun etc,something he denied to his victims.

Indeed,years ago at the Royal infirmary at Glasgow I  was seeing a stroke specialist,me and a few others were waiting,sitting on chairs in the corridor,in walks a guy  handcuffed to two cops,chatting away as if he was on an outing.I ignored him. Thankfully i got the all clear.

Was at our local hospital about a month ago.

And right past me shuffles a little old lady . . . in handcuffs ... and handcuffed to a female police officer.

The mind boggles as to what her life must have been

That was my first thought, why he not cuffed?? I know someone recently who had to go to family court, she was handcuffed and guarded by 2 burly security men. That was for shoplifting. This man has killed !!
