One thing I think I have learned is to be flexible.

Or as flexible as you can.

 

Life sometimes doesn't go the way you hoped it would go - so what are you going to do?

Life tends to blind side you with things you were never expecting. You have to learn to cope/adapt I guess.

So it's taught me to be flexible - life's a bit a mystery. It can't always be controlled

 I agree , although as someone who suffers with chronic anxiety , it's easier to say than to do

 I agree , although as someone who suffers with chronic anxiety , it's easier to say than to do  

 I said it was the best advice, I didn't say I'm always able to follow it.
