Lovely, just lovely

I shall reciprocate next week. My sister has sold her flat near Bournemouth which was north facing, no balcony, and a lovely view of the car park and the rubbish skips. She's now bought a flat with a balcony with a south facing sea view.  I have magnanimously offered to take mum next week!

Everyone kept saying 'oh God, you'll be heavily pregnant during summer' and I just kept saying we never get any summer anyway so I wasn't worried.  I do love seeing the nice weather but this week is just not good for it lol.  I have the OH off work and he was all amped up to decorate the bedroom but it's too warm and I'm just not cruel enough to force him to do it.  I think Saturday is to be rainy so I will force him to do it then.

Ells

I've just waddled into the living room wearing the quite old fashioned style might shirt I had bought for labour (it's the coolest thing I could find).  My eldest giggled but said 'nothing' when I asked what was wrong.  My youngest (who has absolutely no filter) said 'first you walked like granny, now you're dressed like her'.  Is it ok to slap a kid for making you feel 60 when you are 30?
