that is good you had another mild day, at least it helps conserve the oil supply.
Yes very fond of sausages in Germany they are. When we went to Bruges, they always seemed to have mayo with their chips, and it seemes they have mayo with theirs too in Germany. I like mayo, we had some with fries when we went to the German market.
Yes I will be off to see son's production on Friday and Saturday, Friday with a friend plus lunch out and Saturday with the rest of the family.
Shame you forgot the Indian programme, but I guess you could watch in iplayer?

Gosh you did have a busy house today. That made a nice change to have a Macondalds brekkie. Did your relatives come with you too?
That is good the gloss fumers have gone now. I bet your little bungalow will look lovely when this is all done.
Yes they do seem to like spicy meaty things in Germany, wouldn't suit me at all but as I said I would be fine with the mayo chips. How long were you in Germany for?
Well my son had a nightmare of a journey home and is not back yet! He was getting in a real panic. I noticed a problem with Bristol airport flights first thing this morning. All went well for him at first in Frankfurt, he found where he needed to go, then he had to split from his friend when they went to the boarding area, and the board showed he would be getting on the plane within 15 mins. Then I checked his flight and noticed the plane he was due back on, had not even left Bristol! By then OH had taken half day and come home so we could collect him from airport. (it is about hour and half drive fo us). We got to the end of our road and son texted to say it was delayed, I told OH to turn back, even though he wanted to carry on. I said to just give me more time to check and when I got back I saw it was cancelled! Rang son who got in a panic saying his friends had all gone and he didn't talk German and no one had told him what was going on! Next thing I knew he said he had accepted a ticket back with the German airline to Heathrow! And how was he going to get home from there, he asked? Me and daughter had to try and sort out and book a coach for him, as airline said they'd pay but not organise it. It was so complicated, as then he said he could't pick his emails up with the booking. He landed and wasn't even sure if the text the bus had sent was his ticket, but luckily it was, so he got on the coach. And he is not due back home till 11.30pm! He left hotel at 9.30am, so has not eaten since brekkie. Oh dear, I think this may put him off international travel for life! I know I am exhausted just trying to organise it all.
Have to stay up now so I can go with son to collect him.
It turns out all of his other friends had no problem (they were going to Italy, Slovania, Ireland and London), but the south west was covered in a blanket of fog nearly all day! I did warn him about travelling in February but did feel sorry for him as his first time away on his own and he had to negotiate two of the largest airports in Europe rushing from check in to another check in, and no time for food.
