Ells there's videos on YouTube... A lot use latex though.. I just peeled tissue into single ply and tore into strips. The brushed glue onto skin and added a piece of tissue... Repeat for about 4/5 Layers and let dry. Once dry cover in foundation. Then I added red face paint to the middle purple/red eye shadow mixed with black to make it look bruised around the edges and then topped with fake blood (I got my face paint and blood from ÂĢ1land)

More info please Jen!!  My youngest is doing a zombie and I'd like to do some of that on his face!

Hi Ells  How you doing health-wise? Hows wee Madison

Hi Rog, thanks for asking....I'm ok, still have some pains and general tiredness but apart from that I'm good.  Madison is still being very good although has decided she doesn't like being left down during the day and will only settle lying on someone or right now she's conked out on the sofa.  That's absolutely fine when I have nothing else to do but a little frustrating when I need to cook, eat, pee or anything else lol.  My partner has been bleating on about how he's going to have her sleeping in her crib during the day when he's off this week but I came downstairs this afternoon after a long lie in to find the living room completely upside down and Madison sleeping soundly on his chest  Lesson learned for him!

She's smiling so much more now and really is just a wee darling.  And she loves kisses....which is lucky because I have her tortured with them

  Gawjuss!

Glad you're ok - and hope you're being checked on after your health scare

FM

I hadn't heard anything from hospital or GP Rog so I made my own appointment and GP was puzzled that there were no follow ups scheduled so he did bloods, ecg and general checks and wants me back in few weeks for same checks again.  He's also written to the specialists asking them what the plan is now and when they will be seeing me.

I can, in my post and the one you quoted I'll try sending it you on fb. I didn't realise you'd been unwell

Not sure why I'm not seeing it then  Yes, I had a pulminary embolism 2 weeks after the birth.  Bit of a shock as I was feeling ok until I had some pain and trouble breathing in the middle of the night but left it til next afternoon to go see a Doctor.  Hopefully once I'm fully recovered they will figure out why it happened as they're thinking it's something underlying that caused it.

Good job Ells   Its appalling the hospital didn't follow you up, after such a serious health problem
