TBH I had a bit of a disagreement with a woman, who started hassling me at the last home game, whom I referred to as a agent of social control.
I've had enough of all this, "grow a moustache for Jesus!" And "risk an iced water induced heart attack for cancer!" nonsense just so a few people can feel a brief frisson of control over others. Wacky little fascists.
If I may say so.

Well... I'm on a hen night on the 4th, brothers wedding on the 18th and a Halloween party on the 31st..... So no lol

I also agree with Joe on the point of people telling me what to do! I was in local shop last week and was almost forced cake as part of the Macmillan coffee morning thing.... Uhhh no I don't friggin want cake.. I donated anyway but I don't HAVE to have to bloody cake!

I've been sober since January and there's no way I'm staying sober in October too.  Although I won't be drinking in the next few weeks but I'd say towards the end of October I might have a wee cocktail or two.

I gave up smoking in October last year though as part of 'Stoptober' and still don't smoke (although had some sneaky smokes while drinking before pregnancy).

Alcohol thins the blood, so it might do you good Ells?  Red wine in moderation has health benefits... rose's halfway there

Reckon you deserve a scoop or two
