The 10 funniest quotes of Big Brother 2015

Over the last 60 odd days the housemates have spoken about everything under the sun and some of the stuff they've come out with has made us laugh, cry and question the national curriculum. Here are the very best:

Adjoa's zinger

We hear Twelvearote is lovely this time of year.

Aisleyne's basic insult

Some credit must go to Kate Moss.

Eileen's slippery phrase

He was on his way to the grass.

Joel's terrifying grasp of biology

Scary.

Marc's mission

He'll be back

Nikki's alter ego

Nick should put a ring on it.

Simon's mental eclipse

Does anything truly exist?

Aisleyne's big boast

She knows how to cut to the quick.

Jade's silly voice

We still hear it in our nightmares.

Danny's spellbinding performance

It is a tricky one. (It's not).

Day 65: Shock announcement sends House into chaos

Big Brother has given the housemates half an hour to get ready. Some of them are convinced this means the final is a day early and are now running about like headless moths.

What they don’t know is that Big Brother is preparing for a very special live edition of BBBOTS coming live from the House at 11pm. Don’t miss it.

Everything you need to know about Day 65

Aww. It's an emotional day in the Big Brother House. For these housemates, it's their last full day in the House - tomorrow, they'll face their public and we'll find out who you've crowned your winner.

So today's a bittersweet kind of day. There's excitement in the air, and something else, too... or maybe that's just one of Jack's farts. Let's recap the final day:

Housemates started the day by, er, trying to figure out one another's names. You'd think they'd have it down by now.

Since everyone was far too nervous and excited to cook, Big Brother laid on a posh three-course lunch, and things got totes emosh. There were speeches, there were confessions, there were no dry eyes left in the House. Waaaah.

Our finalists thought they were home and free, but then Big Brother made a shock announcement that terrified the housemates to their very core. And was that... crowd noise? What was happening?!

The housemates thought it was an eviction, but nope - it was Rylan and the BOTS crew, broadcasting live from the House while housemates watched from the garden! Is this real life?!

Come back tomorrow for the very last day of the series.

And don't forget to vote for your winner!

10 totes emosh moments from this series

Ooof, we're emotionally drained at the end of this series. What do you reckon was the most totes emosh moment of the summer? Joel seeing his mum again? Any one of the multiple ro/showmances?

Let's run through down the 10 times Big Brother made us blub  this year - and no, Simon's weeping will not feature...

10. WHEN JACK SAVED CRISTIAN

Cristian

Pieface won three Immunity Passes and used the first to save Cristian from eviction. Cristian was grateful. Tearily grateful.

9. WHEN DANNY AND SARAH WERE TORN AWAY FROM EACH OTHER

Danny and Sarah

Oh, cruel world. Could their love have blossomed if Sarah hadn't been evicted during #4in4out? We like to think so.

8. WHEN MARC STROKED BROMANCE BUDDY SHOWBIZ'S HEAD FOR LUCK

Marc

DYING. Too cute!

7. WHEN NIKKI KICKED UP A FUSS LIKE IT WAS THE OLD DAYS

Nikki

Q: Has anyone every looked more anguished than BB Legend Nikki Grahame during Day 36's gunging task? Has anyone more poetically conveyed the horror of being forced to do something you don't want to do? A: No, never before and never again.

6. WHEN JACK DISCOVERED HIS SOUL MATE WAS HIDING IN THE HOUSE ALL ALONG

Pieface

His soulmate is the plastic crocodile he struck up a conversation with on Day 61.

5. WHEN BRIAN AND JADE REALISED THEIR DEEP CONNECTION

Brian

Speaking of soul mates, who saw these two pairing up? That's Big Brother: full of surprises and vaguely unbelievable relationships that blossom after an improbably short amount of time.

4. WHEN JADE CAME BACK INTO THE HOUSE TO OFFER SOME ADVICE

Jade

Still, cute as Brian and Jade were, none of their moments tugged at the heartstrings quite like her renunion with Nick on Day 64. Just look at the overwhelming joy on her face upon embracing her closest friend in the House. Sorry, Joel, you're nice and all, but you can't compete with this particular swan.

3. WHEN JOEL COULDN'T SPEAK TO HIS MUM

Joel

Joel was frozen as part of a Task while she told him how proud he's made her. We're welling up here. (She also said she's enjoyed watching him in the bath, which is normal.)

2. WHEN CHLOE CRIED DURING THE FROZEN TASK

Chloe

We thought Joel and his mum had provided the most emotion moment of Day 37, but then the Speakmans entered the House and, while the housemates were frozen, paid homage to Chloe for being "just so gorgeous and so normal and so lovely". WHY DO YOU KEEP DOING THIS TO US, BIG BROTHER?

1. WHEN HISTORY WAS MADE IN THE HOUSE

Pete

Yet the single most emotional moment of BB16 was brief but poigant: arguably the most memorable couple in Big Brother's history - BB7's Pete Bennett and Nikki Grahame - were reunited. And then Pete pulled this ridiculous face. One thing's for sure: we won't forget this series in a hurry.

10 things the housemates have missed during their time on Big Brother

It's been a whirlwind 66 days in the Big Brother House, with twists and evictions and tasks filling our housemates' time. But time hasn't stopped in the outside world, either. Since they've been in the House, they haven't had access to newspapers or TV channels, and thus no way of knowing what was going on in the world.

So we thought we'd put together a quick primer for them, to make sure they're not short of small talk once they head home. Here are ten things they've totally missed during their time on Big Brother:

1. George Osborne announced a new Budget

Earlier this month, the Chancellor of the Exchequer announced an emergency Budget. It capped public sector pay rises at 1%, introduced a National Living Wage of ÂĢ7.20 per hour, increased the tax-free personal allowance to ÂĢ11,000... and cut corporation tax to 19%.

2. Novak Djokovic won Wimbledon

Despite overwhelming crowd support for Roger Federer, world no. 1 Novak Djokovic took the title for the third time. Strawberries and cream all round?

3. The US won the Women's World Cup

And in other sporting news, the US team beat the Japanese women's national team 5-2. And then they got to go on stage and perform with Taylor Swift.

4. Christopher Lee and Omar Sharif died

In sadder news, there have been some celeb deaths since Big Brother started. Hammer Horror legend Christopher Lee died on 7 June at the age of 93, while Omar Sharif (you know, from Lawrence Of Arabia) died on 10 July at the age of 83.

5. Greece almost got kicked out of the eurozone

More bad news: debt-ridden Greece is in crisis, and with its banks on the verge of collapse, may end up being pushed out of the eurozone. This situation is ongoing, so housemates, just chuck the word "Grexit" into conversation and you'll probably get away with it.

6. Same-sex marriage became legal in all US states

On 26 June, the US Supreme Court found that it was unconstitional for states to ban same-sex marriage - meaning gay marriage is now legal in all of the United States of America. Closer to home, back in May the government of Ireland held a referendum on same-sex marriage, and an overwhelming majority voted in favour (though the constitution has yet to be formally altered).

7. Emoji became the fastest-growing language in the UK

According to a professor at Bangor University, the visual language of emoji is the fastest growing language in the UK, with most 8-to-25 year olds (which covers all our finalists except Danny) saying they find it easier to express themselves in emoji than in text. So considering our housemates haven't had access to their mobiles for about ten weeks, they might find themselves struggling to understand anything their friends are tweeting.

8. Jurassic World took a record $511 million in its opening weekend

The fourth Jurassic Park movie was released on 12 June and made more money than our brains can compute. It also featured Chris Pratt training raptors, and was pretty much the year's must-see movie. If HMs are lucky, it'll still be showing somewhere when they get out.

9. Sweden won the Eurovision Song Contest

In other pop culture news, this year's Eurovision Song Contest was held on 23 May and was won by the Swedish entry, MÃĨns ZelmerlÃķw, with his song Heroes. The interactive cartoon thing he performed with was pretty cool.

10. And someone won ÂĢ93 million on EuroMillions

And finally, one lucky person scooped a whopping ÂĢ93 million on the EuroMillions draw back in June. They've decided to remain anonymous, which is a shame because they could've made friends with our winner and swapped notes on how awesome it is to win stuff. Or something.

10 best gifs of the series

We love a good gif. If a picture paints a thousand words, a gif must be worth at least a million. This series of Big Brother has been crammed full of gif-worthy moments - so much so that picking our faves was actually quite hard. But this list is what we've settled on...

The one where Harry talked with her hands

The one where Sarah was having a cracking time

The one where Nikki needed a tan top-up

The one where Marc forgot how to eat toast

The one where Nick was a beautiful swan

The one where Aisleyne made her feelings known

The one where Simon really wanted to tip beans on Helen's head

The one where Marc was a frog

The one where Nick and Harry had a romantic dance

And the one where Nikki really, really wasn't a fan of the task

Final day in the Big Brother 2015 house

Here's the very last look at house action from Big Brother 2015 with what's in store from tonight's live show.

While it's the live final this evening we will still see a brief recap of the latest house action from the past 24 hours.

And it includes the housemates all getting a totes emosh as their 66 day stay inside the house comes to end.

It begins as the final six are throw a luxury last lunch by Big Brother with champagne, a three course meal and some conversation starters on their time in the house.

One by one each of the housemates stands up to share their highlights, top moments, best friends and what they'll miss most from the past ten weeks.

Later on and, after Joel and Cristian enjoy a water fight, Big Brother frightens the group by playing in crowd noise and telling them to 'get ready'.

The group first fear a surprise last minute eviction before speculating that perhaps it's already the final.

Fortunately for them it turns out just to be a live episode of Bit On the Side from the living area with the housemates watching on from the garden as Rylan Clark, Katie Price and more chat all about them.

There's then a shock for the group as their friends and family also make an appearance ahead of tonight's live final.

Big Brother airs this evening from 9PM on Channel 5.

Changed

Have the finalists changed since launch night?

We're gonna says yes, they have changed quite a bit since launch night - but has it been for better or worse? Let's take a look, shall we?

JOEL

Joel

VERDICT

BETTER. It's safe to say wannabe politian Joel has let his hair down in the House. We salute you, rock star Joel.

NICK

Nick

VERDICT

BETTER. Yes, on the surface, it appears that formerly dapper Nick has been ravaged by his time as a housemate, but he's been ravaged by the adoration of seemingly every woman in the House - and has loved every minute of it.

DANNY

Danny

VERDICT

BETTER. Blokey Danny doing his blokey construction work - well, who's blokey now, Danny? Not you, draped in faux fur and wearing a daft bandana (you look great).

CHLOE

Chloe

VERDICT

WORSE. Chloe, we love you, but you look better in a stylish red catsuit than blathered in red gunge. Who knew?

CRISTIAN

Cristian

VERDICT

WORSE. From hip-hop dreamboat to Mr. Bean in 10 weeks. But there's no hiding just how handsome our Cristian is.

JACK

Jack

VERDICT

WORSE. Oh, Pieface, what have they done to you? They've tanned you, they've shaved you -  they've given you almost ÂĢ24K, and that's the best look of all.

But who will wear the look that says 'Winner of BB 2015?' We'll soon know...

Chloe's first day of freedom

She's been buzzing since Emma Willis declared her the winner of Big Brother 2015 and has already been recognised by fans. We grabbed a gobsmacked Chloe to see how life outside the House is going so far.

First Meal?

My mum and my boyfriend were sat eating curry and rice and I dipped a chip in.

First drink?

Vodka lemonade with a splash of blackcurrant

First friend or family member you spoke to?

My mum. It was only for a second then I got dragged away. It feels like we've still not caught up

First thing you did when you got your phone back?

I went on my mum’s phone and retweeted a tweet. I love that people have taken time to write nice things about me. So many cool people have said things.

What time did you get to bed?

I haven’t been to bed. I am shattered.

Any housemates you're missing already?

I’m missing all of the boys. All of my finalist boys. I just wanted to grab them and go back in last night, it was getting so hectic. Jack and Danny have waited ages just to say goodbye to me this morning. We’ll definitely be friends forever.

Any housemates you're glad to no longer be living with?

Obviously I had spats with Marc and Simon but I ended up liking them. I couldn’t get Simon but there is something endearing about him.

Has your opinion  on any of the housemates changed since leaving the House?

I don’t think I gained respect for Marc while he was in the House. I love the Perezes of Big Brother, people like Marc who make the show. He came in and played a good game and I can see that now.

How was your first experience of Bit on the Side?

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. Rylan is good at what he does. I coud see Joel and all my finalist friends – we were like "what are we doing here!" It was over beforeI knew it. I’m was absolutely gobsmacked – I never expected it at all. Big Brother was way harder than I thought – I had a wedding to go to a few weeks ago. I was adamant I going to be back for it. I'd even picked my menu choices.

What are you looking forward to doing now?

I’m really looling forward to getting back to work. And getting on holiday, getting away with the girls. I missed a hen party in Benidorm so we can do a second one.

Hear more from Chloe by checking out her Facebook Q&A.

Big Brother 2015 winner Chloe Wilburn a FAKE? She hits back!

Chloe Wilburn.

Last night saw the Yorkshire lass scoop the ÂĢ116,100 prize money for this year's series in addition to an extra ÂĢ5,000 she had already won during the series.

But Chloe has had to respond to claims she hasn't been quite honest about her life on the outside.

It's after her social media profiles showed pictures of holidays to Dubai and New York, BMW and Mercedes cars, Rolex watches, Christian Louboutin heels and even Jimmy Choo WELLIES.

Speaking to press today after her victory last night, Chloe insisted that she wasn't well off and that all of the pictures she posted were of other people's stuff.

"I earn ÂĢ1,000 a month. Do you know, when I came out yesterday, I couldn't even text my friends because I've not paid my phone bill - I've not had enough money in my bank," she explained.

Chloe continued: "That's not my car. All those things... I've seen this collage, and it's so funny. The car, Rolex watch - they're not mine. I can't afford to go out and buy myself a Rolex. I don't even own any kind of watch."

Talking about her much photographed trip to Dubai in particular, Chloe said: "We booked it in January and we went in September. It took us a whole nine months to save up and pay for it.

"I work my arse off nine to five, and I've never been out of work. As soon as I came out of school, I went into work and I've grafted for what I've got.

"I don't think there's anything wrong with that - I can go to Benidorm and I can go to Dubai. I just happen to prefer Benidorm!"
