Didn't get round to posting earlier and some of the awards have already been announced anyway. I won't spoil it for those watching later, but I correctly predicted the Best Supporting actor, Best Supporting Actress, Best Animated Film, Best Foreign Language Film and Outstanding British Film. Most of these were shoo-in's anyway so I didn't bet on  them, however I have won money on the Best Supporting Actor (), and I really wish I'd placed a bet on the Animated Film now ().

FWIW, I'm predicting Casey Affleck for Best Actor, Natalie Portman to win Best Actor over favourite Emma Stone (although in a just world Amy Adams would beat the lot of them); and "Moonlight" to snatch the Best Film  award from "La La Land".

Ah, well: only 1 right on the last 3, as I seriously underestimated the love in the Academy for "La La Land".

Usually these movie awards ceremonies are very predictable with the favourites always winning. That was mostly the case tonight, but I was still really pleased to see both Dev Patel and "Kubo and the Two Strings" win.

As for the other results: I'm still up on the night, so no worries.
