I love lands End's stuff, but they use one of the other delivery companies that have a similar dodgy reputation. Most of the time it has worked out OK, but a few years back an order worth over £250 was never delivered. Lands End apologised and said they would send another lot. I asked if they could use a different courier as there was as much chance of them losing the second parcel as the first one, but they said they couldn't. Fortunately the second parcel turned up!
